Record Editor 0.95 发布，Java开发的CSV文件编辑器

Record Editor是一个数据文件编辑器。支持CSV文件（逗号/制表符分隔的值），固定字段宽度的文件，XML文件。This program uses a record-layout definition to display the data file in a human-readable form. It can handle PC (text and binary), Unix (text and binary), and native IBM mainframe (text and binary) file formats. It is similar to Net-Cobol's Cobol-Editor or Compuware's FileAid。
