Fixed：

  • Quill changes Delta after returning it in "text-change" event

  • Pasting with no string content

  • Cursor doesn't work when the editor has a scroll bar

  • Select elements in toolbar will not respond in IE

Merge：

  • Fixed minor typo in README.md

  • Fix cursor top position in multi-cursor module when the quill container is scrolled.

  • Generate the delta in a cursor-aware manner.

  • Enter event shouldn't assume that toolbar exists

  • Fix build when grunt is not installed globally
