The blocks system was re-invented and is now position-driven. <br /> 2. Positions can contain an arbitrary number of blocks. <br /> 3. The folder structure was updated to prevent installation issues with folders needing to be outside the document root. <br /> 5. It is now possible to install modules and themes via ZIP upload in the CMS. <br /> 6. Chinese, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, and Russian translations were added</span></p>
