CMME 1.23 发布，PHP内容管理系统

CMME (Content Management Made Easy)一个基于Web的内容管理系统，旨在易于使用，并没有太多的要求，并仍然相当灵活。并且不需要一个数据库。以下是它的一些主要特性：
