简介:c#语言的加密与解密,主要是针对字符串的加密与解密操作

             核心操作就是把字符串变成二进制,将二进制数据编码为base 64 数字

             转换成等效的8 位无符号整数数组,转换成UTF-8等操作之间的相互转换
