Pico 是一个非常简单，快速，易用的内容管理系统。Picos 使制作网站像编辑文本一样，Pico 是一个”扁平化文件“的内容管理系统，也就是没有数据库，没有 MySQL 查询语句。他很轻便，不需要数据库，所以运行很快。
